SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to process and dispatch your orders promptly, ensuring they are carefully packaged for safe delivery to your doorstep. Should you have any questions or special requests regarding shipping, feel free to reach out.
Generally our shipping prices are fixed and calculated at checkout but for some of our extra large items, pick up or a private courier will have to be organised.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at The Cosmic Grove we ensure that all products are shipped to you with the utmost care but understand that sometime things can get damaged during transport despite our best efforts. Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect simply reach out to us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of the package being delivered. If we agree that a return/ refund is appropriate simply return the damaged or incorrect item to us (or parts in full) and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Note that all items are weighed before shipping and that returns will not be possible if the total weight (combined parts) has changed upon return. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the error was ours.
As crystals and fossils are a natural product they sometimes contain small fractures, variations in colour, surface marks or inclusions. These are not classified as damage and will not merit a refund. Minor differences due to photograph lighting or monitor display colour will also not merit a refund. While we try our best to visually portray the size of our crystals, the exact weight and size (or sometimes range) is provided in the product listing. Due to this a product being smaller than you expected will not merit a refund or return. We are not responsible for the loss of packages whilst they are traveling through the postal system.
